Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely comfortable in your LAKE pajamas. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
